Cold Stream forms the eastern boundary of the property and the land fronts this waterway for 725 +/- feet. This 6 +/- mile long stream exits the lake of the same name about 5 miles north of the property. It slowly flows through a freshwater wetland of over 3,000 acres before joining the Passadumkeag River just south of the St John Road property. The fishing for trout and bass along the way can be good. This is an incredible habitat for wading birds and waterfowl.
